Data Deletion Instructions

HeyMark respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. If you want to delete data that HeyMark has collected through your Facebook or Instagram account, you have several options.

Option 1: Disconnect Your Account

Inside HeyMark, open Brand settings and disconnect your social media account there. This will:

• Immediately stop all data collection from that account
• Disable any active automations (DM replies, comment responses)
• Delete all associated social media data within 30 days

Option 2: Remove via Facebook/Instagram Settings

1. Go to your Facebook Settings → Security → Apps and Websites
2. Find "HeyMark" (or "PiruMetrics") in the list of active apps
3. Click "Remove"

When you remove HeyMark from your Facebook or Instagram settings, we automatically receive a notification and delete all data associated with your account within 30 days.

Option 3: Email Us Directly

Send an email to mark@heymark.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your Instagram or Facebook username
• The email address associated with your HeyMark account

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What Data Gets Deleted

• Profile information (username, bio, follower counts)
• Posts, reels, and media metadata
• Performance metrics and insights
• Comments and DM automation data
• Content created within HeyMark (scripts, drafts, creative pieces)
• Brand kit and strategy information
• Competitor tracking data

What We Retain

After deletion, we may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you (e.g., total API usage counts for billing). We also retain billing records as required by law.
