Google Brings Business Tools to Gemini

The Google announcement on October 20, 2026, brings marketing and finance tasks together in a Gemini business space. Vishnu Sivaji, Senior Director of Gemini App, introduced it.

Branding and finance tools

Planned connections include Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Google Workspace, as well as Adobe, Canva, Dropbox, Shopify, Wix, Zoho and Xero.

Businesses will be able to provide their website, brand kit, fonts or color palette to create campaign materials with Nano Banana 2.1. According to Google, Gemini will retain that style without requiring users to upload the guidelines for each request. It will also be able to turn spreadsheets, receipts and purchase records into financial charts and interactive models.

Small business examples

Google says Morgane, a ceramic artist at Bleu Clémentine, uses Gemini to write product descriptions, newsletters and opening lines for social media. According to the company, she saves two to three hours a day, which she spends making her pieces.
