Google Vids offers three free videos per month

Google announced on November 5 that Google Vids, its video creation and editing tool, now runs on Omni 1.2 Flash. Since the announcement, anyone with a Google account or a Google Workspace subscription can generate up to three 15-second videos per month at no cost, according to the Google Vids announcement.

From reference images to promotions

Google highlights the creation of product promotions in a single generation. It also allows users to upload reference images and turn static material into video. According to the company, the characters and scenes in those references remain consistent from the first frame to the last.

The update includes improvements to voice narration, which Google describes as more natural. The company presents this feature for social clips, concept explainers, and teaser videos, and directs users to vids.new to access Vids. (blog.google)
